About Me

Torryn "falcon" Heffelfinger: I am a 26 year old former collegiate wrestler, turned coach. For the past few years I've trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. Two years ago I lived and trained in Rio de Janeiro Brazil with Connection Rio and having been wanting to make it back ever since. Finally after two+ years I am making a more permanent move to Rio with my girlfriend Nicole. I am keeping this Blog to show my family, friends, and anyone else what life in the Cidade Maravilhosa is all about!
